Allied For Startups at the PanacEUm and the D9+ Ministerial Meeting in Amsterdam
Last week, Allied For Startups participated in the D9+ Ministerial Meeting in Amsterdam, as a proud member of the S9+ Coalition – a network of startup associations from Europe’s most digitalised nations.
As part of this engagement, Allied For Startups also took part in The PanacEUm – an event organised by the Dutch Startup Association, which was a key component of the broader “European Startup Trilogy” alongside Supernova in Antwerp and our EU Startup Policy Hackathon in Brussels. This initiative brought together startup associations, founders, investors, and policy experts to collaboratively develop Minimum Viable Policies (MVPs), reinforcing an agile and innovation-driven approach to European policymaking.
During the events in Amsterdam, the S9+ Declaration was formally handed over to the D9+ and the European Commission. This declaration signifies a collective commitment by Europe’s leading startup nations to advance innovation-friendly policies, mitigate regulatory fragmentation, and support a thriving digital and entrepreneurial ecosystem.
Huge thank you to Lucien Burm, Hendrik-Jan Overmeer, and Johan Schaap from the Dutch Startup Association, for organising this important gathering.
