Kat Borlogan
Kat Borlogan currently leads the French Tech Mission, a government-led team built to bolster France’s startup ecosystem. In a previous life, she was the co-founder of Five by Five, Techstars Entrepreneur-in-residence, Director of the Open Data Institute Paris, communication strategist at the United Nations and member of the French government’s first Open Data Expert Committee.
Kat holds degrees from Science Po Bordeaux and McGill University.
