We have crafted an infographic to explain the current landscape of EU-US data transfers. It dives into how the successor to the Privacy Shield, the new Data Privacy Framework, holds great potential to facilitate the transfer of data from the EU to the US, in particular for startups.
As Allied for Startups, an association that has long been advocating for free and lawful data transfers, we optimistically welcomed the agreement. However, we acknowledge that this one is likely to the be challenged and possibly taken down.
